Who we are: Wolfhause Custom Prints & Co (“Wolfhause,” “we,” “us”) is a small, family-owned custom print shop in Baldwin Park, California. This policy explains what information we collect when you use wolfhauseprints.com and how we use it.

Information you give us:

Order information: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment details when you place an order.
Custom artwork: images or designs you submit for custom printing.
Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
Newsletter signup: your email address if you subscribe to our emails.

Information collected automatically: Like most online stores, ours collects basic technical data when you visit — your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages you view. Our store runs on Shopify, which uses cookies to keep the site working (cart, checkout, security) and to understand store traffic.

How we use it:

To process, print, and ship your orders — that’s the main thing.
To communicate with you about your order (confirmation, tracking, delays).
To respond to your messages and return requests.
To send marketing emails, but only if you signed up — every email has an unsubscribe link.
To improve the store and prevent fraud.

Who we share it with: We don’t sell your personal information. We share what’s necessary to run the store:

Shopify (our ecommerce platform) and our payment processors, to handle checkout securely. We never see or store your full credit card number.
Shipping carriers (USPS, DHL, etc.), to deliver your order — they get your name, address, and phone number.
Law enforcement or authorities, only if required by law.

Custom artwork: Images you submit for printing are used only to fulfill your order. We don’t reuse, resell, or publish your designs.

Your choices:

Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime via the link in any email.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may need to keep order records for tax and legal reasons).

Data retention: We keep order records as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes, then they’re deleted or anonymized.

Children: Our store isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of it, and opt out of any “sale” of personal information (we don’t sell it).
