Terms of Service

The basics: By purchasing from Wolfhause Custom Prints & Co ("Wolfhause"), you agree to these terms. We're a small, family-owned custom print shop in Baldwin Park, California.

Products: All garments are printed to order using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. Because each item is made when you order it, slight variations in print placement, color, and distressing are normal — that's the nature of garment printing, not a defect.

Custom artwork — your responsibility: When you submit your own images or designs, you confirm you own the rights to them or have permission to print them. We may refuse or cancel any order that appears to infringe someone else's copyright or trademark. You're responsible for the content you ask us to print.

Turnaround: Custom designs, special drops, and Tacet tees: up to 2 weeks. Standard catalog designs: up to 5 business days processing, plus shipping transit time.

Pricing & payment: Prices are in USD. We accept all major payment methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Order changes & cancellations: Because items are printed to order, we can only change or cancel orders that haven't gone to print yet. Contact us immediately at wolfhauseprints@gmail.com and we'll do our best.

Our designs: The artwork, graphics, and text on this site are the property of Wolfhause Custom Prints & Co or its licensors. Don't reproduce or resell them without permission.

Liability: Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes: We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order.
