Processing times (before your order ships):

• Custom designs (your own images/artwork): up to 2 weeks (10 business days). Every custom piece is printed to order.
• Special drops and Tacet tees: up to 2 weeks (10 business days).
• Standard catalog designs: up to 5 business days. Everything is printed to order in our Baldwin Park shop.

Shipping costs: Domestic US Standard shipping is $4.99 (3–4 business days transit). International shipping is available via DHL Express and USPS with rates calculated at checkout. The exact cost and delivery estimate for your order are shown before you pay.

Where we ship from: Orders ship from our shop in Baldwin Park, California.

Delivery times: Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method you selected. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking: You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
